Welcome to The Rapid Results Roadmap (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our digital content, including podcast episodes, downloads, and services made available via our website, which is hosted on the Podia platform (the “Platform”).

By using our services, purchasing content, or accessing our site in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (linked separately). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By registering or purchasing from The Rapid Results Roadmap, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts and Access

When you purchase or register for any product, you may be required to create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity associated with your account.

You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access content through your account. We reserve the right to suspend access for any misuse or suspected abuse.

3. Content Ownership and Use

All content made available through The Rapid Results Roadmap—including audio files, transcripts, guides, and other materials—is the intellectual property of The Rapid Results Roadmap or its licensors.

When you purchase access, you’re granted a personal, non-transferable license to view and/or download that content. You may not redistribute, reproduce, modify, or resell any content without written permission.

4. Payments and Refunds

We use Stripe via Podia to process secure payments. By completing a purchase, you agree to be billed for the price listed. Payment information is never stored by us directly.

Some content may be made available as a free preview (such as the first podcast episode), while additional episodes or bundles are paid.

We do not offer refunds unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description. If you believe there was an error with your order, contact us at results@rapidresultsroadmap.net

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

Share purchased content with non-paying users
Use our services for unlawful, harassing, or exploitative purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to our content
Upload viruses or engage in behavior that could harm our platform or users
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and limited information is shared with Podia and Stripe to fulfill services. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing results@rapidresultsroadmap.net

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties like Podia and Stripe to power our store and process payments. Your use of their services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the content, reliability, or privacy practices of any third-party websites linked through our services.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance.

9. Disclaimers

Content is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Rapid Results Roadmap shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data or access
Any amount exceeding what you paid in the previous three months

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States (or your state, if you'd prefer something else). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois, unless otherwise required by law.
